Merced Stratton is a singer, teacher, and Post-Master’s Fellow at Berklee College of Music where she researches asset-based pedagogy in the vocal studio. She works with voice students of diverse ages and backgrounds, encouraging flexibility and ease across genres. She sings in a variety of styles and has given classical vocal recitals, musical theater cabarets, and written/performed in pop groups. She received her M. M. in Vocal Pedagogy at Boston Conservatory at Berklee and her B. M. in Vocal Arts at California State University, Northridge. She has performed with Los Angeles Opera Connects, Independent Opera Company, and CSUN Opera.
